the staff at Westfalen Hof were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay. the cuisine at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, and the Swiss style breakfast room offered a delicious buffet spread. the property was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. There were also lots of amenities such as indoor football, tennis, and bowling. Despite only staying overnight, I found the room to be comfortable and spacious. the hotel is located in a quiet area with free parking, and it also has a bar where I enjoyed a drink. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, making it very comfortable to relax in. the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. the hotel's location was excellent, near key tourist attractions and transport links. Having access to the indoor football and tennis as well as bowling was an added bonus for entertainment during the stay.

The check-in process wasn't very smooth, with staff failing to acknowledge our presence. the lighting in the room was confusing and took some time to figure out.
